Our 2014 Holiday Party
On Wednesday, 12/10 the children in the Garrett Mentors Inc. program were invited to a Christmas dinner and party by the organization. The party was held at Oak Park Church in Oakland, MD. The dinner hall was transformed into a winter wonderland including Santa’s House, an Elve’s Workshop, Mrs. Claus’ Bakery & Rudolph’s Card shop….
Trunk-or-Treat!
GCC Technologies in Oakland hosted the 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, November 1. There was a huge community turnout. Kids trick-or-treated from car to car and played games, danced and participated in other festive activities in GCC’s “Haunted Warehouse!” Proceeds from food sales were generously donated to Garrett Mentors, raising over $500 for our program!…
